LETS PRAISE MEN

“Mom! I don’t feel well. I think I need to pay a visit to the doctor.”

“Oh dear, let’s wait till daddy comes back home, we’ll take you there. Don’t worry, you’ll be alright.”

“Daddy, I’m worried about my debts. My salary isn’t enough to pay the loans and don’t feel good to ask you for money when I am myself earning. Can you please lend me some amount?”

“Sure kiddo, name your amount. When I am here for you, why are you worried? Just go ahead and pay off the loans.”

“Dad? You didn’t buy a suit for the festival? Why?”

“No dear. I don’t need any right now, or maybe I’ll buy that sometime later. I want my children to buy the things that they want first. I’ll see if I need something.

Can you relate to the situations penned above? Well, I can certainly do.

I won’t say that without men we can’t do our everyday chores, but this fact is certain to admit that the ‘men’ in our lives play a huge role and we in some, or the other way, are dependent upon them.

We feel that sense of security when we have our dad, brother, or husband along with us. We can be financially dependent upon them in case we have our own ups and downs going. 

Knowing that women nowadays are more open to the world and are comparatively more independent than some couple of years back, there is still a certain amount of dependency that we have on our men. Apart from that, we always have the need to have them beside us, for a constant support.

With that being said, I must add that they are the ones who’ll be tensed themselves but would make sure to not let anybody know what they’re going through. All that they need is their families to keep smiling and be happy. They might be going through the toughest times, but would provide for their families at any cost and ensure their suffering does not affect the overall mood of the house.

We as women, should appreciate our superheroes more often, and look after them. 

They are humans too, they might want to throw tantrums to satisfy their minds but choose to stay silent to keep their loved ones happy. They would risk themselves to provide you with the safety and support you need. They are the ones you could put your trust in and be confident that you can get a solution to all your problems. Or even if you can’t find a solution together, they’ll make sure you get the moral support to deal with the problem and come out to be even braver. Learn to cherish their efforts to make them feel valued because their love is selfless and pure.
